OSCAR DILLARD BIO Oscar G. Dillard is a native of Atlanta, Georgia where he graduated from Frederick Douglass High School. Dillard received his B.S. degree in Health and Physical Education from Morehouse College. As a young athlete, he was known for his winning presence during his high school and college years. He was selected as a Frederick Douglass High School Hall of Fame member in academics and sports. His teams played in 3 championship games while attending Douglass High School and later won the SIAC Championship at Morehouse College in 1979-1980.
After receiving his under graduate degree, Dillard owned a distributorship for Reebok in 1990. Since 1991, he has been a teacher and football coach in the Atlanta and Fulton County Public School System. He takes great pride in the fact that he has helped 45 students attain scholarships to attend Division I and II Colleges. Dillard has 6 players currently playing in the National Football League. He also has 12 former players in the AFL, AFL2, NIFL, and AIFL. As Director of Player Development for Complete Sports Management, Dillard was able to establish relationships with numerous players in the National Football League. Recently, he co-owned and was the General Manager for the Rome Renegades of the National Indoor Football League. The Rome Renegades were runner-up in the Indoor Bowl V. in their inaugural season. Oscar has been married to Marie "Cookie" Dillard for over 20 years, and they have a daughter, Courtney, age 16 and a son Ryan age 11.
